1. Overview
App Image Kit ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website appimagekit.com (the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have with respect to your data.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. If you have questions about this policy, please contact us.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
The core image-processing tool on App Image Kit runs entirely in your browser. No image files, pixel data, or personal files are ever uploaded to our servers. Your images are processed locally using the Web APIs on your own device and are never transmitted to us.
- We do not store your images.
- We do not require account registration.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details.
3. Automatically Collected Information
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server log data when you visit our pages. This may include your IP address (anonymised where possible), browser type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you visit. This data is used solely for security and performance monitoring and is not linked to any personal identity.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser localStorage solely to remember your colour-theme preference (light / dark / system). No tracking cookies are set by us.
We may in the future display advertisements through Google AdSense. When active, Google may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our website or other sites. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings. At the time of writing, AdSense is not yet active on this site.
5. Third-Party Services
We do not currently share personal data with any third-party analytics or advertising services. If this changes (for example, when Google AdSense is activated), this policy will be updated and you will be notified via a banner on the site.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
